I check the Hotsheet EVERY DAY for new homes, so you won't miss anything. It's important to check all the For Sale By Owner sites as well, you don't want to miss a great home simply because it's FSBO.
When you're ready to see a home, I'm available! After you find that perfect house, the negotiation process starts. Don't get lost in all the paperwork! It's my job as a Real Estate Professional to make sure your transaction is as smooth and easy as possible.
